Innovation Communications Systems P Ltd is on the ground floor at 8-2-467/4/A/A on Road No. 1 in Banjara Hills. It’s a well-known area in Hyderabad, but our spot is pretty low-key. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to get in and out, which is good because we are always moving things around. The room is mostly filled with desks and computers. We don’t have much in the way of art on the walls, just the usual stuff you need for work. Road No. 1 can get quite busy with cars, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. The floor is a simple tile that we try to keep clean, but people are always walking in with dust on their shoes. Working in Banjara Hills sounds fancy to some, but for us, it’s just where we come every morning to handle our tasks. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking about the next project. The parking outside is a bit of a headache sometimes, so we usually try to get here early to find a spot. It’s a practical office for a small team, and we’ve made the space work for us over the years. We keep the spare cables in the back closet and try to stay organized. Most of the time we just keep to our own schedule.
