Indus Universal School

We've been over here in Shivaji Nagar for a while now. Most folks in Yapral know the building. It’s not anything fancy, just a regular place where the kids come every morning. You see the yellow buses pulling up and the gate stays pretty busy during drop-off. We have some trees in the yard and the classrooms are filled with desks and papers. The walls have some old posters on them. It gets a bit loud when the bell rings for lunch, which is normal for a school. The teachers and the help mostly live close by, so they just walk or ride a scooter over in the mornings. There's always something to fix, like a leaky tap or a squeaky door. We keep the place tidy as much as we can. It’s a school, so there’s a lot of running around in the halls. Some of the older kids help the younger ones. On rainy days, the ground gets a bit muddy near the entrance. We just deal with it and keep going. Parents stop by the office to ask questions or pay fees. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have big speeches, just everyday teaching and making sure the kids have their books. It feels like a part of the neighborhood here. We see the same faces every day. It's just Indus Universal School, sitting right here in our corner of Yapral. We try to keep it simple and honest for everyone who walks through the doors.
