Indo-British Academy

Our place is over in Mallepally, specifically at Bharat Park. It’s a busy corner of Hyderabad, and the building, Tayaba Manzil, is pretty easy to find once you know where you’re going. Inside, the Indo-British Academy is mostly just a few rooms where we handle the daily classes and paperwork. It can get pretty loud during the day with all the traffic outside and the students coming in and out of the building. We’ve got desks and chairs scattered around, and the whiteboard usually has some notes left over from the day before. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know how the local area works and where to get the best tea in the afternoon. It isn't a massive corporate office with fancy glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we sit down and get through the work. Some days the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait around, but that gives us time to catch up on things. We keep the books on the shelves and try to stay organized, even if the files tend to pile up on the corners of the desks. Most people who come here are just locals from around Bharat Park or the nearby streets. We don’t really do much to stand out, we just show up and keep the academy running every day as best we can.
