We have been over here at G1 Surya Apartments for a while now. SR Nagar is a very busy spot, especially if you are near that Andhra Bank lane. Usually, people just call us up or drop by when they need some help with hiring or if they are looking for a new job themselves. It gets a bit crowded in the office sometimes since it is just an apartment setup, but we get the work done. There are just a few of us mostly handling the phones and the walk-ins. It is not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We just have some desks and a few computers. We started this because we knew a lot of folks looking for work and companies that could not find anyone decent. Hyderabad is a big city, so we try to stick to what we know best. If you are walking down the lane, you might miss the sign if you aren't really looking for it. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking resumes that come in through the email. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that is just how it goes around here. It is practical work. We do not do big presentations. We just try to match a person to a role where they won’t quit after a week. It takes time to get it right. Some days are slow, while others we don't even have time for lunch.
