At Incap Ltd, things are handled by P. Rama Krishna, who is the son of Baburao. We are a smaller operation compared to some of the massive corporations you see, but that suits us just fine. We operate out of a modest space where the focus is just on the daily requirements of the business. It is a family-oriented vibe because of the way things are set up. You won't find any corporate jargon here or people wearing suits every day. We usually show up in casual clothes and just get stuck into whatever the day brings. Sometimes the workload is heavy and we stay late, other times it is quiet and we can catch up on maintenance or organization. Rama Krishna oversees most of the things personally, so if there is a problem, it gets sorted out pretty quickly without going through ten different managers. We have a lot of history in this name, and we like to keep things straightforward. There is no point in complicating things with fancy marketing or big promises we can't keep. We just do what we are supposed to do. The atmosphere is relaxed but we stay busy. If you drop by, you will likely find us drinking tea and looking over the ledgers or checking the stock. It is a very grounded way to run a company, and it has worked for us for a long time now. We just take it one day at a time.
