Impex Copier Services

We are based over at C 2 in the Industrial Estate in Sanat Nagar. Impex Copier Services is mostly about keeping those big machines running. Our workshop is usually full of copiers in various states of being taken apart. There are toner bottles and spare parts on almost every shelf. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but we know where the rollers and drums are kept. We started doing this because we realized how much people rely on their office gear. When a machine breaks, it’s a headache for everyone, so we try to get there quickly. We aren't a big flashy company. It’s just a few of us who know the ins and outs of these machines. We spend a lot of time out on the road visiting different offices. When we are back at the shop, we’re usually cleaning parts or testing a refurbished unit. The Industrial Estate is a good place for us because we can get to different parts of the city easily. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to customers. We just tell them what’s broken and what it takes to fix it. It’s honest work. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by showing up and doing the job. There is always a machine that needs fixing somewhere, and we stay ready.
