Disto Pharmaceuticals is over in Cherallapally, at Ida Phase-1. We are up on the first floor of Plot No-22. It is not a huge place, but it gets the job done for what we need. Most days we are just busy sorting out orders and making sure everything is where it should be. The stairs are a bit narrow, so moving things up and down can be a chore, but you get used to it after a while. This part of Cherallapally is pretty industrial, so there are always trucks moving around and people heading to work early. We started out here because it was a good spot for logistics. Being on the first floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, though it is mostly just other warehouses and units. We don’t have a big front desk or anything fancy. It is mostly just shelves, desks, and people working. Some of us have been here for years, and we just know the routine by heart now. We deal with various pharmaceutical supplies and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, but we just manage. It is just a regular workplace with a team that knows what they are doing. We don’t try to be anything we are not. We just show up, do the work at Plot 22, and go home.
