Our company, Civentichem India Pvt. Ltd., is based at Plot No 72/A Part 2 in Phase I of Ida Jeedimetla. We share this area with a lot of other industrial shops. It is a busy place with constant noise from the nearby factories. We have got a modest setup here. We do not have a lobby with magazines or a coffee machine for guests. If you visit us, you will probably find us at our workbenches or checking the inventory. We are not really interested in the latest business trends or fancy management styles. We just hire people who know how to work and let them do their jobs. Most of us have been around Ida Jeedimetla for years. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic and where to get the decent snacks in the afternoon. Civentichem India Pvt. Ltd. is just a group of people who are good at what they do. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock. Some days we finish early, some days we stay late. It depends on what needs to be done at Plot No 72/A Part 2. We do not try to look bigger than we are. We are just a local business making our way. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't need much more than that.
