Rexer Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 114/2/ B in Phase-2 of the Ida Cherlapally area. If you know the industrial estate, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different plots and phases. We’ve been in this particular spot for a good while. The work we do is pretty specific, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most mornings, the staff starts trickling in around eight. We share the road with a bunch of other manufacturing units, so it’s never really quiet. The office part is small, mostly just enough room for the files and a couple of desks. The rest of the space is where the real work happens. It’s dusty outside sometimes because of all the construction and the trucks, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group trying to do a good job. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times after the monsoon rains, but that’s just part of owning a place here. People in Cherlapally are hard workers. We see the same faces every day at the tea shop near the main road. It feels like a small village sometimes, even though it’s all industry. We focus on our daily tasks and try to make sure everything leaves the gate in good shape.
