This is where we handle the phone banking side of things. Our office is located in Jawahar Colony, right beside the Sridevi Theater in Chandanagar. If you know the theater, you know exactly where we are. It’s a busy spot in Hyderabad, especially when a big movie is playing. We spend most of our day on the phones, talking to people about their accounts and trying to sort out their banking issues. It can get pretty loud in here with everyone talking at once. We have rows of desks and headsets that we wear for hours. The building is a house, number 1-34/3/1, so it’s not your typical bank branch with a vault and tellers. It’s more of a call center setup. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch and talk about our shifts. Hyderabad-50 is a lively area, and there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get here on time, but we manage. We aren't the ones making big financial decisions; we just help people navigate the system over the phone. It’s a lot of listening and typing. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes, and we see a lot of different people coming and going from the theater next door. It is a solid routine that we have all grown used to lately.
