Icfia operates out of a space at 7-711/3 in Subhash Nagar, which is part of the IDA Jeedimetla industrial area. If you know Jeedimetla, you know it is all about factories, workshops, and heavy trucks moving through the narrow roads. Our spot is right in the thick of it. It’s noisy, dusty, and always feels like something is being built or moved nearby. The office itself is quite plain, with concrete floors and basic metal furniture that can stand up to the industrial environment. We spend our days dealing with various logistics and paperwork that come with being in an IDA zone. It’s not a place for white carpets or fancy art on the walls. We usually have the windows shut to keep out the noise of the machinery next door, but you can still feel the vibrations sometimes. Subhash Nagar is a busy little pocket, and we’ve been here long enough that the local chai sellers know exactly what we want. There’s no polished corporate vibe here; it’s just honest work in a tough part of town. We mostly focus on making sure the orders are processed and the local deliveries are on time. The staff here is small, mostly locals who don’t mind the grit of Jeedimetla. It’s a straightforward operation where we just focus on the task at hand and try to get through the day without too many hiccups. That is just how life is in this industrial belt.
