Xena Bio Herbals Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 3-6-294 in Hyderguda. It is a pretty central spot, so we see a lot of people coming and going. Our office is mostly filled with the smell of dried plants and different herbal extracts. We have bags and jars sitting on almost every surface. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we have a system that works for us. We spend our time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of the bio herbals that come in. Some days are slow and we just catch up on paperwork, while other days everyone is running around trying to meet a deadline. We do not go for the corporate look. Most of us wear regular clothes and we do not have meetings in big boardrooms. We just talk across the desks. Hyderguda is a busy part of town, so lunch breaks usually involve a quick walk to a nearby stall. We have been in this building for a good while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are more focused on what is inside the boxes. We handle a lot of different herbal products for various uses. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a simple, local operation.
