Hr/Trainee

This one is located at Plot No 34 and 35 in Amarjyotji Colony, Bowenpally. It’s a quiet-ish residential-style area. We’re mostly focused on the trainee side of things. There’s a lot of teaching going on or just showing people how things work in an office setting. It gets a bit cramped when we have a full group, but we make it work with the desks we have. Bowenpally is a decent place to be, not too far from the main roads but enough to not be totally overwhelmed by the noise. We have been sitting at these same desks for a good bit now. Most of the day involves sitting at the computer or explaining things to the new folks coming in. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just consistent. We share the space and everyone knows where the water cooler is. There isn't much decor on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. We don't go in for anything flashy. We just handle the HR stuff and training routines. It can be repetitive, but that's just the nature of this kind of business. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful. We just try to get through the pile of resumes and training modules. It’s a job like any other. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the little places nearby. The colony is nice for a walk if we need some air. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s just how things are around Bowenpally.
