Hr Capitol Recruitement Pvt Ltd is situated at Plot No:112 in Trimulgherry. We are in the Srinagar Colony area of Secunderabad, specifically Sec-Bad-15. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood. We spend our days finding jobs for people and people for jobs. Our office is a bit small for the number of files we have. Every corner seems to have a stack of folders or a box of records. We don't have a fancy waiting room. People just come in and sit on the plastic chairs we have near the door. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and interviewing candidates. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing all morning. We try to stay on top of it, but it gets busy. The staff here is small, so we all do a bit of everything. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our lunch most days. The traffic in Trimulgherry can be a nightmare in the evenings. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It’s just us trying to help people get hired. The building is a bit old, and the elevator is slow, so we usually just take the stairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there.
