We are located over at 13-6-466 in Tallagadda, right in the Mehdipatnam area. Even though the name has a dot com in it, we are very much a real, physical place where we deal with hospital services. Most of our work involves coordinating things that hospitals need but don't always have time to manage themselves. It might be paperwork, it might be finding specific equipment, or just helping out with the general run of things. Mehdipatnam is always moving, so we stay pretty busy too. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and a lot of computers and phones ringing. We have a small team here who knows the local area really well. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. If something is broken, we say it’s broken. If we’re waiting on a delivery, we tell you that. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We’ve been in this Tallagadda spot for a while, and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on getting the services to where they need to go. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to do things the old way, but we always get the job done eventually. It's just us trying to keep the wheels turning for the hospitals.
