If you have spent any time in KPHB, you know it is a massive residential and commercial hub where something is always happening. Our spot is a straightforward office in a row of similar buildings. It’s the kind of place where you know the neighbors and see the same delivery guys every afternoon. Inside the office, things are kept simple. We have our workspace set up to handle the pharmaceutical side of things without any unnecessary clutter. There is usually a stack of ledgers on someone’s desk and the printer is almost always running. We don't have a big reception area with a fountain or anything like that; it is just a place for work. The air conditioning is a necessity during those long Hyderabad summers, and we spend a good chunk of our day just making sure the logistics are moving as they should. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get here quickly, but once you are inside, it is a focused environment. We are just a group of people trying to run a business properly in a very busy part of the city. We appreciate the routine of it all, from opening the shutters in the morning to locking up at night. It is a solid, everyday operation.
