Himagiri Hospital

Gachibowli is a place that never seems to stop moving, and we are right in the middle of it here at the hospital. It’s a big building with a lot of departments and different things going on at all hours of the day and night. We have doctors and nurses running around and the smell of cleaning supplies is pretty much everywhere. It’s a hospital, so it’s not always the most cheerful place to be, but we do what we have to do. Himagiri Hospital doesn't have any of those polished mission statements hanging on the walls. We just focus on the people who are in the beds and the families waiting in the halls. Gachibowli has grown a lot and we’ve had to grow with it. Sometimes the emergency room gets really full and things get loud, but that’s just how it goes. We have all the standard equipment and the rooms are basic but functional. The food in the cafeteria isn't anything special but it fills you up. We are just a group of people working together to keep the place running. It’s a lot of stress and not much sleep for most of us, but it’s the job we chose. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s a place for people to get better and that’s the main point. We’ve been here in Gachibowli for years now and it’s just our way of life.
