Hiitms College

Ameerpet is always such a busy place, and being right across from Chandana Brothers means there is never a quiet moment outside the doors of Hiitms College. Our place sits here in the middle of all that Hyderabad traffic and noise. You have the metro station nearby and so many people rushing around all day long. It's not a huge campus with grass and trees, but it's where our students come to spend their hours between classes. The hallways can get a bit crowded when one batch is leaving and another is coming in for their lectures. We have desks that are a bit scratched up and computers that we try to keep running as smoothly as possible. The staff usually grabs lunch from the small stalls downstairs because it’s quick and easy. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so most of us just end up taking the stairs to get to the higher floors. Students are always hanging around the entrance talking about their exams or where they are going to get tea. It feels like a real part of the city, not tucked away in some quiet corner. We spend our time managing schedules and making sure the classrooms are ready for the next day. It’s a practical place for people who are busy trying to get their degrees while living in a fast city like this one. We don't have anything fancy, just the rooms and the people here.
