Help Desk It & Consulting Services

We’ve set up our Help Desk IT & Consulting Services over in Kothapet, Hyderabad. The office is in Janapriya Residency, specifically Hno-103 on Plot-46 in the Huda Complex. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office space. We like it that way because it’s a bit more relaxed. We have a few rooms filled with computers and cables everywhere. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you walk so you don't trip over a power cord. Our day is usually spent fixing technical glitches or talking people through their computer problems. It gets pretty busy, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to have something broken. We don’t have a fancy dress code or polished reception area. Most of us are just in our regular clothes, drinking tea and staring at monitors. The Huda Complex area is always moving, and there’s plenty of life around Janapriya Residency. We know most of the people in the building. It’s a simple setup for a tech business. We aren't trying to be the next big global firm; we’re just here to provide IT help to those who need it in our corner of Hyderabad. It’s straightforward work and we just take it one day at a time without any corporate slogans or mission statements. It works for us and for the people we help. We just try to keep the screens working.
