You can find us at Shop No. 4-32 on Bala Nagar Cross Road. We are right beside the H.P Petrol Pump, so the smell of gasoline is pretty much always there in the background. It’s a busy corner, and there are always people stopping for fuel or crossing the road. Health & Fitness is a small shop, mostly filled with various supplements and some basic gear. We don’t have a lot of space, so things are stacked pretty high on the shelves. Sometimes we have to use a ladder just to get a jar of protein down for a customer. The floor is covered in those rubber mats that have a bit of a smell when they are new. We don’t have air conditioning, just a big ceiling fan that doesn't do much when it’s really humid outside. Most of our regulars are guys from the neighborhood who come in after their workouts. We spend a lot of time just chatting with people about their routines. It’s not a high-end boutique or anything like that. It’s just a place to get what you need for the gym. The front window gets pretty dirty from the exhaust of the cars at the pump, so we have to wipe it down every couple of days. It’s a simple shop in a loud part of town. Sometimes the traffic gets backed up right to our door and it's hard to even hear the music playing inside.
