Finding us at H No 8-352/3/A in MN Reddy Nagar can be a little tough because the plot numbers 112 and 113 are right in the middle of Phase-I. We are out here on Road No 7 in the Chintal area of Rangareddy. Since we handle mines and minerals, things can get pretty gritty. There is always a layer of dust on the windowsills no matter how much we wipe them down. The office is basically just a place for us to keep our records and talk to people about different materials. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and checking transport schedules. It isn't a quiet job. There is always someone coming in or out with questions about some site or another. We’ve been in this Hyderabad neighborhood for some time, and we've seen it grow quite a bit. The roads used to be much quieter, but now there's plenty of activity. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a practical space where we can get through our list of things to do. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s honest work, and we don't mind the long hours. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in the mining sector without making a big fuss about it. We just keep going and hope the rain doesn't turn the road into too much of a mess.
