Halcycon Flavours

Our place is a bit tucked away in Srinagar Colony. If you find the Indian Bank, we are right there in the lane next to it, beside Priya Arcade. It’s a busy spot. We work with different food scents and flavors all day. Sometimes the whole lane smells like vanilla or maybe something fruity depending on what we are mixing. It’s a small operation. We have a few rooms where we keep the samples and the mixing equipment. It’s not a very big team. We spend a lot of time measuring things out precisely. If you miss the lane, you’ll end up wandering around the arcade, so we tell people to look for the bank first. We’ve been at this address for some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just practical. We keep the lights on late sometimes when a big order needs to get out. Most of our day is spent looking at jars and bottles. It’s quiet work for the most part, except when the delivery bikes are coming and going. Srinagar Colony has changed a lot since we started, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we manage. We just focus on getting the scents right. It's what we know. Not much else to tell really. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for things to mix. Most of the people who work here live within walking distance. We like it that way.
