Ap Leathers

We’ve been here at Modi Arcade for quite a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right near the Olympia Hotel and just down the road from Rosary Convent High School. It’s usually pretty busy around here with the school kids and people coming in and out of the complex. Our office is on the first floor, rooms 799 to 801. It isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we handle our leather business. Most days involve checking stock, talking to suppliers, and making sure everything is moving along. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few years in Gunfoundry. Dealing with leather means there's always that specific smell in the air when you walk in, which some folks like and others don't really notice anymore. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sorting through materials. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us making sure things get done right. Sometimes the traffic on Suryalok Complex Road is a nightmare, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get our deliveries sorted early. It’s a good location though, very central. We’ve seen a lot of shops come and go around here while we just keep doing what we do. If you’re looking for the place, just look for the arcade near the hotel and head upstairs. It is a bit of a walk up but not too bad.
