Groviz Investments Private Limited

Groviz Investments Private Limited is based out of the Elite Service Apartments. We are up on the 4th floor, specifically at Plot No 64 on Road No 5. This is in the Ayyappa Society area of Khanamet, which is part of Madhapur. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood with a lot of other offices and apartments nearby. We like being here because it feels like there is a lot of energy around. Our office is fairly simple. We do investment work, so there are always papers everywhere and someone is usually on the phone. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just show up in our regular clothes and get to work. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street, which is helpful when we need to focus. It’s a practical setup for a private limited company. We’ve got a small team and we’ve been at this for a bit. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just take care of the investments and keep our records in order. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a little slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to do our jobs in peace and go home to our families at the end of the day. It's a straightforward life for us here in Madhapur.
