You can find us in Kucharam Village, right near the bus stand. We are located at Survey No.12. It’s a bit out of the way if you aren’t from around Toopran Mandal, but it suits what we do. We work with steel, so we need the space. It’s a dusty spot, especially with the buses coming and going all day. The workshop is big and open so we can move the heavy stuff around. We don't have any air conditioning or fancy stuff like that. We just have our machines and a roof over our heads. Most of the guys here are from the local area. We start early before it gets too hot. Dealing with steel is heavy, noisy work. There’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of the machines. We don't spend much time in an office; we're usually out on the floor. It’s a simple life. We take the orders as they come and try to get the steel cut and ready. Sometimes the rain makes a lot of noise on the tin roof, but we just keep working through it. We’ve been here at this survey number for a while, and people know us by now. We don't do anything complicated. We just handle the steel and make sure it goes where it needs to go. It’s just how things are done here in the village. We like the work and the people around the bus stand.
