The office for Grass Gyan And Vigyan Foundation is tucked away in Karmanghat. We are located at H. No. 8-101/2 right on Green Park Colony Road. It is the stretch that goes from Is Sadan over to Sagar X Road. Traffic gets pretty heavy during the evenings, but it is a good spot because people can find us easily enough if they know the neighborhood. We have been here for a bit now just doing our thing with science and local knowledge. The name sounds a bit fancy, but we are just regular people working out of a small space. It is mostly about the Gyan part, which just means knowing stuff, and the Vigyan part for the more technical side of things. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we manage to keep the lights on and the work going. It is not always easy running a foundation in this part of Hyderabad. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs where we sit and plan what to do next. Most of the folks who drop by are from around Rangareddi. They usually just walk in or call us when they are lost near the colony road. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the gate. It feels like home after a while. We just want to do something useful for the community without making a big fuss about it. We usually keep some water and biscuits for visitors, though we don't get many strangers.
