Govt Area Hospital

We are over here in the NGO Colony part of Vanasthalipuram, right where people usually walk past on their way to the shops. The building has been here for a while and shows its age in some spots, but it gets the job done for everyone in the neighborhood. Most days start pretty early because there is always someone waiting by the front doors before the sun is even fully up. It stays busy until late in the evening. We have some fans that rattle a bit in the summer heat, and the hallways can get quite crowded when it is peak time. People from all around Vanasthalipuram come here because it is convenient. We don't have fancy leather chairs or anything like that, just the basic benches that have seen better days. The staff is mostly local folks who know the regulars by name. Sometimes the water cooler acts up, or we run out of forms, but we manage to keep things moving along. It isn't a quiet place, especially with the traffic noise from the road outside bleeding in. You see a lot of families sitting together in the waiting area, just passing the time. It is a government spot, so things take as long as they take. We try to keep the floors clean even with so many feet coming through all day. It’s just a normal, working hospital for normal people who live nearby. Nothing more, nothing less than that.
