Goel Foodgrains Private Limited

Our office is located at 6-3-120/73 on the ground floor in Shivrampally. If you know Hyderabad, you know this part of town gets quite congested. We deal with foodgrains. It’s a lot of manual work, moving sacks of wheat and other grains around. The ground floor is convenient for loading, but it gets dusty from the street. We’ve been here for a while now. The space is a bit cramped with all the inventory, but we make it work. We don't really do anything besides the grain trade. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the latest arrivals. It's a very practical business. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. The area around 500052 has a lot of similar small businesses. We try to keep our prices fair for the local buyers. Sometimes the traffic in Shivrampally makes it hard for the trucks to get to us on time. We just deal with those delays as they come. It’s not always easy, especially when the market is fluctuating. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The walls are lined with samples of different grains in small jars. It’s a simple setup, nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on getting the foodgrains to where they need to go. Every morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at the ledger. We just take it one day at a time.
