Globus Systems

Being based in Hyderabad means we are always dealing with the hustle of the city here at Globus Systems. We don't have a massive glass building or a flashy lobby; it’s just our space where the work happens. The traffic in this city can be something else, so our mornings usually begin with everyone talking about how long it took them to get in. Our office setup is pretty basic with some old desks we’ve had for years and chairs that have seen better days. We keep things organized in our own way, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. There are cables running along the floor and stacks of hard drives near the windows. We spend a lot of time on our systems, making sure everything is running the way it should. The tea stall right around the corner is where we get our daily fix, and they know our order by heart now. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the rhythm of it. The afternoons can get a bit slow when the sun is hitting the windows, but we usually power through with another round of chai. We don't really do big meetings; instead, we just shout across the room if someone needs help with something. It’s a practical way of working that suits us just fine. Most of us have been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise from the street anymore. It's just home.
