So, we are located in Matha Towers, which is part of the Serwell Housing Co Operative Society in Yousufguda. It’s a bit of a mouthful, the address, but once you find Flat No. 204, you’re there. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential-style setup, but it makes it feel more local, I think. People from the society just walk over when they aren't feeling well. We know a lot of the neighbors by name. The waiting area is small, so it feels a bit crowded when more than three families are there at once. The light comes in through the balcony windows in the morning, which is nice. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s not a massive operation. We just have a few rooms set up for consultations and some basic equipment. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and everyone has to take the stairs to the second floor, which isn't great for the older patients. We feel bad about that, but there isn’t much we can do. The staff is just a handful of us. We handle the phones, the billing, and the patients all at once. It’s a busy little spot in Yousufguda. At the end of the day, we lock up the flat and head home just like everyone else in the building. It’s a very grounded way to run a clinic. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a doorbell and some chairs.
