Gayathri Charitable Foundation

Gayathri Charitable Foundation is based at Survey Number 131/1 in the Khajaguda area of Serilingampally. This part of the city has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, but we’ve stayed focused on the same simple goals. We are a small charity, mostly run by a few dedicated people who wanted to give back. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a practical space where we get our work done. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it’s helping a family in need or organizing a small local event. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There’s no big signage or expensive advertisements. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. Serilingampally is a big area, but it still feels like a community if you look closely. We try to be a bit of a part of that fabric. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks and seeing where there are gaps we can fill. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes it’s just plain exhausting. But we like what we do and the people we meet. We aren't looking to be the biggest foundation out there. We just want to be reliable and present for the people who live around Khajaguda. We keep our overhead low and our efforts local. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it seems to work for us and our neighbors.
