We run Gauthama Buddha Personnel Management & Outsourcing Agency. Our office is at 102, Sai Maruthi Residency, on Road No. 2. It’s in Srinivasa Colony, over in L B Nagar. We mostly help people find work or help companies find staff for their offices. It’s a small office, not one of those big glass buildings you see downtown. We have a few desks and some files everywhere. People come in looking for jobs, and we try to see where they might fit based on what they know. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down names. Srinivasa Colony is a decent area, and being near L B Nagar makes it easy for folks to reach us by bus or train. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes it’s stressful when we can’t find the right person for a spot, but we keep looking anyway. We’ve been at this residency for a while now. The sign outside is a bit faded, but it’s still there for people to see. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just notes and knowing people in the area. It’s basic work, really. We just connect people who need help with people who want to work. That’s what we do every day from our little corner on Road No. 2.
