We spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. HR work is mostly about paperwork and trying to understand what people need. Archana Arcade is a busy building with a lot of different offices. We’ve been in the West Block for a while now. It’s a decent space, though the elevator can be slow sometimes. We don't have a fancy reception area. It’s just desks and computers. People come in looking for work or companies ask us to find staff for them. We try to help out where we can. 3G Hr Services isn't a huge agency. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right person for a job, but we keep looking. We deal with a lot of phone calls every day. It can get a bit hectic in the afternoons. Secunderabad is a good place to be based for this kind of work. We’ve met a lot of interesting people over the years. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at the files and see what matches. That is how we spend our days at Archana Arcade.
