Rashmi Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

Out here in Cherlapally, things are always moving. Our place, Rashmi Pharma Pvt. Ltd., is located at Plot No. 104/1 in Phase II of the IDA. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and people in uniforms walking around. We’ve been set up here for quite some time. The building is pretty standard for this area, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our setup for making things. It gets loud sometimes because of the machinery. Being in Phase II means we are right in the middle of all the action. We have a small team, and most of the guys have been with us for years. We know the security guards at the gate and the drivers who come by every week. Working in an IDA is different from being in the city center. It’s mostly about the work and getting things shipped out on time. There isn't much around here except other factories and a few small canteens. We usually bring our own lunch or get something quick from the stall down the road. The sun gets really hot on the metal roofs in the afternoon. We just try to keep things organized and keep the production lines running. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the batches are right. It’s a steady job and we like the community of workers here in Cherlapally.
