Gandhi Medical College

Gandhi Medical College has been a part of Musheerabad for a long time. If you live around here, you’ve definitely passed by our gates more than once. The area is always buzzing with people, and the college is right in the middle of it all. It’s a place where students are constantly running around with their white coats on. Inside, it feels like a small city of its own. We have the hospital side and the teaching side, and they both stay pretty full. It’s not always the most organized-looking place, but there’s a system to the madness. You’ll see people sitting on the stairs or talking in the courtyards during their lunch. The humidity in Musheerabad can get pretty bad, making the shifts feel longer than they are. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the patients and the classes. It’s a bit worn down in places, but that’s because it’s used so much. Everyone from the janitors to the senior professors is just trying to get through the day’s tasks. Musheerabad has a lot of traffic and the noise from the street carries right into the building. Sometimes you can hear the fruit sellers outside while you're trying to concentrate. It's just part of the local atmosphere here. It’s a busy and very real place to work.
