We’ve got our base in Ameerpet, right in the heart of Hyderabad. It’s one of the most crowded parts of the city, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. There is a certain energy here that keeps us going. We deal with markets and numbers all day. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking about trends. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a place where we get together to work. We have people from all sorts of backgrounds here. Some are fresh out of college and others have been doing this for years. We aren't big on formality. You won't see many people in formal clothes unless they have to be. We mostly focus on the work itself. We’ve got a small break area where we have our chai and talk about things other than work. It helps clear the head after looking at charts. Being in Ameerpet means we are close to everything. We don't use those slick marketing slogans you see elsewhere. We’re just a group of people doing our thing in a busy part of town. Sometimes it gets stressful when the markets are moving fast, but that’s the job. We keep it simple. We show up, do the work, and head home. That’s the way it’s been for as long as we’ve been here. It works for us.
