Frones Innovations Private Limited is located at Flat No. F3 in Kypuram Bhavan. That’s on Plot No. 66C in Western Hills, Addagutta. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s where we are. Hyderabad 500072 is the area we call home for our business. We work out of a flat, which gives it a very homey feel. It’s not a cold office building. We have a kitchen area where we make tea and a few rooms where we have our setups. We spend our days thinking about new ways to do things. That’s why we have "Innovations" in the name, I guess. But we don't act like we are geniuses. We just try things out and see if they work. If they don't, we try something else. It’s a simple process. The Western Hills area is nice because it’s a bit elevated and feels a little less congested than other parts of the city. We’ve got some good light coming through the windows. It’s a decent place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just have our work and our address. If anyone asks what we do, we just show them. It’s easier that way. The stairs up to Flat F3 can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying groceries or heavy equipment, but it’s good exercise. We’ve got a small balcony where we keep a few potted plants. They don't always survive the summer heat, but we try. It’s nice to have a little bit of green around. Our team at Frones Innovations Private Limited is pretty tight-knit. We don't really have "departments." Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. If the bins need emptying, whoever is free does it. If there is a big project deadline, we all stay and help out. We don't have a lot of fancy software to track our time. We just trust each other to do the right thing. It’s a very relaxed way to work, and it keeps the stress levels down. We’ve been in Addagutta for a while and we don't see any reason to move.
