Our office is tucked away at C Onrenuka Baib 24, which is inside the HAL Quarters area in Hyderabad 42. It is a bit of a quiet spot, which is nice because we don't get much of the main road noise. The building itself is one of the older ones in the quarters, so it has that solid, simple feel to it. We handle the work for Franklin Templeton International Services India Pvt Ltd from here, and we have lived with the same desks and chairs for quite a few years now. It is not a place where you will see any fancy glass walls or modern art. Instead, we have stacks of folders, a few printers that sometimes jam, and a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a kettle for coffee. We spend most of our time just going through data and making sure the records are right. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it gets the job done. We are a small group and we know each other well, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. Sometimes we hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or people walking by, which makes it feel less like a sterile office. We don't really do much in terms of promotion or anything; we just focus on the tasks that come in every morning. It is a humble place, but it is where we stay on top of things every day.
