Franklin Templeton International Services India Pvt Ltd

We are over at Kakatiya Nagar, specifically in House 106 F1 on Road 3, right across from the BHEL HIG area in Ashok Nagar. It is basically a residential house that we have turned into an office for our branch of Franklin Templeton International Services India Pvt Ltd here in Hyderabad. It doesn’t feel like a typical corporate office at all, which we actually prefer because it’s more relaxed. You walk in past a small gate and we have desks set up in what used to be the living rooms and bedrooms. The road outside gets a bit busy with people coming and going from the BHEL area, and it can get a little dusty when the wind picks up. We have a small team here and we just get on with our daily chores, mostly dealing with paperwork and service requests. There is a tea stall right around the corner where we usually take our breaks and chat about things other than work. We don't have any formal mission statements on the walls or anything like that; we just have our computers and plenty of files. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait for things to load, but that is just part of the day. It is a very practical, down-to-earth setup. We have been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors know us. We just show up, do the work, and head home.
