We are located on the second floor of Alam Khan Manzil. The address is Dr.No.10-1-18/1 in Shyam Nagar, right in the Masab Tank area. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We deal with security technology, which keeps us pretty busy given how much people worry about their property these days. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, but it keeps us fit. The office is full of cameras, sensors, and all sorts of wiring. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know exactly where the spare parts are kept. We spend a lot of time testing out different systems to see how they hold up. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team that knows a lot about electronics and software. Sometimes we’re out on-site all day, and other times we’re stuck here doing data entry and technical support. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to clients. We just explain how the gear works in plain English. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up when we need a break. It’s a fast-paced environment because tech changes so quickly. We just try to keep up and make sure everything is plugged in right. It’s a good way to earn a living in a big city like this one.
