Filatex Fashions Ltd.

You can find us in Banjara Hills, over at Myfair Garden Apartments. We’re on the second floor, in Flat 201. Road Number 12 is usually quite busy, but being up in the apartment keeps things a bit more separated from the street noise. We handle fashion here, mostly from a management and planning side. It’s a decent sized flat that we’ve converted into our office space. We have some racks for samples and desks for the staff to work at. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at design sheets. Since we are a limited company, there is a lot of boring admin work to do alongside the more interesting fashion parts. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the guards and the other tenants. It’s a nice area of town, but we aren't here for the view. We’re here to make sure the business runs the way it’s supposed to. Sometimes we have visitors coming in to see the latest fabrics, and we just clear a spot at the table for them. It’s a simple way of doing things, without any of the extra fluff you might see in bigger companies. We just focus on the clothes and the numbers. It’s a practical setup that works for the small team we have here.
