Venkateshwara Garments

The place is located at 8-7-64 in Padmashalipuram. Most people around Mailardevpally know the general area well. Being in Rajendranagar means there is always something going on nearby. It is a bit of a trek for some people coming from the main parts of Ranga Reddy, but we like it here. The neighborhood has its own rhythm. Venkateshwara Garments occupies a modest spot where we handle the daily workload. There are many other small setups around us, so the noise of sewing machines or packing is pretty common in these lanes. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but that is just part of living and working in this area. We usually start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. By the afternoon, the sun gets really hot on the roof. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy. It’s mostly just us working through piles of fabric and making sure things are ready. The local tea shop is a lifesaver for the staff during the breaks. We talk about the weather or the local news while waiting for the tea to boil. It is a simple life here. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. As long as the work gets done and we are all on the same page, that’s enough for us. It’s a busy corner of the city, but it feels like home now and we just get on with things.
