Fedility Placements Service is run out of H.No: 9-2-649 in Rezimental Bazar, Secunderabad. If you know the area, you know it is always crowded and full of life. Our office is basically in a house, which makes it feel a lot less like a stiff business and more like a local spot. We spend most of our time helping people find jobs and helping companies find the right staff to hire. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and going through stacks of resumes that come our way. Secunderabad has a lot of history, and Rezimental Bazar has been around forever. We like being in this part of town because it feels grounded. There are no fancy elevators or glass walls here. It’s just some desks, chairs, and a few fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot outside. Sometimes the street noise from the market nearby makes it hard to hear, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just try to listen to what people are looking for and see if we have anything that fits. It’s a small operation and we do everything ourselves. Some days are busier than others, especially when a lot of new openings come up at once. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing for the folks who walk through our door.
