We are Falcons It Consultancy & Manpower and we are based right here in Hyderabad. We’ve been around for a bit, mostly helping people find work or helping companies find staff. It’s a pretty basic operation. Most of the day is spent looking at screens and talking on the phone. Hyderabad is a big city for IT so there is always something going on. We try to stay on top of things but it can be a lot to handle sometimes. Our office is just a regular place where we get things done. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the manpower side of things and try to make sure people end up where they need to be. It’s honest work. Sometimes the days feel long especially when we have a lot of positions to fill. We usually take a break in the afternoon for some tea and a chat about how the day is going. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us in Hyderabad. It’s a simple way of looking at things but it works for us at Falcons It Consultancy & Manpower. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s what we know how to do best after all these years. Usually, by five o'clock, we are wrapping things up.
