F Bar & Lounge Hyd

This place is on Road No 2 in Banjara Hills, which is always packed with cars. We are at H N:436/A in Indira Nagar. It is a lounge, but during the day it feels different. We spend the afternoons moving chairs around and getting the bar stocked up. The floors need a lot of mopping because of the crowds from the night before. F Bar & Lounge Hyd is where we work, and it is mostly about the prep. We check the lights and the sound system. Sometimes the speakers give us trouble and we have to fiddle with the wires. It is not always glamorous. There is a lot of empty bottles to move and crates to stack in the back. When the sun goes down, the vibe changes and it gets loud. We stay on our feet for hours. My shoes are usually worn out pretty fast. The kitchen sends out snacks and we make sure the glasses are clean. It is a busy spot in Hyderabad and people expect a certain thing, but for us, it is just the daily routine of setting up and breaking down. We have some regular customers who we know by name. The traffic outside is always a headache, especially on weekends. We just do our shifts and try to make sure everything is in its place before the doors open. It is hard work but it keeps us going. We finish late and then do it all again.
