Excel Auto Pack Systems

Down in Shekhpuram, near the Apiic area in Kukatpally, you can find us at 5-35/226. We spend our time building packing systems here. Since it’s an industrial neighborhood, there is always some kind of noise, like welding or metal being cut, coming from the nearby shops. Our own workshop is not very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We spend a lot of our time figuring out the best ways to wrap and pack different items. It’s surprising how much work goes into making a simple packaging machine. We have a small crew of guys who are really good with their hands and know their way around a steel frame. The floor is almost always covered in metal bits and dust by the time evening rolls around. We try to sweep it up, but it just gets messy again the very next morning. We don’t have a website or anyone doing sales for us. Usually, people just give us a call or walk into the shop because they heard from someone else that we do honest work. We have a few old wooden desks in the corner where we do the billing and paperwork. It’s usually covered in technical drawings and old tea cups. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoon and makes it quite warm inside. We just keep the big front doors open to get a breeze. It’s a simple, straightforward job for us.
