Evelyn'S Kitchen

Evelyn'S Kitchen is tucked away in Anand Nagar over in Ramanthapur. It’s a local place where we spend most of our hours cooking and getting things ready for whoever needs a meal. We don't have a big sign or a major storefront on a main road. Instead, we work from this part of Anand Nagar because it’s where we feel most comfortable. The kitchen is always active, and there’s usually something bubbling on the stove or baking. We use a lot of local ingredients that we pick up from the markets nearby. Ramanthapur is a busy area, but our little corner in Anand Nagar stays relatively peaceful compared to the main streets. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule; we just start when the work needs to be done and stop when everything is finished. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to see what’s cooking because the scent travels quite a bit. It’s a small operation, and we like to keep it that way so we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one where you can find us if you know the way through the lanes of Anand Nagar. It’s a lot of washing dishes and chopping vegetables, but it’s honest work that we’ve been doing for a while now.
