Etmad Art

We are located near the Moral Merry School in the Masab Tank area. It’s a busy part of the city. You can always hear the school activities and the traffic from the main road nearby. Our workspace is pretty simple. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people find us because they know the school landmark. The building we are in is an older one, so the rooms have those high ceilings and thick walls. It stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside, which is a relief. We spend most of our hours working on whatever projects are currently on the table. There’s usually a lot of paper and tools scattered around while we’re in the middle of something. We take our tea breaks at the small stall just down the street. It’s a quiet life inside the shop, even though Masab Tank is quite noisy. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The neighbors are mostly other small shops and residential apartments. Sometimes the street gets blocked when the school buses are lining up, so we just plan our errands around those times. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just focus on the art and the work at hand. It’s a steady routine that suits us well, and we’re happy to be part of the local community here. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks.
