We operate Espee Steel Pvt. Ltd. out of Shed No. 13 in the Vijaya Complex. You can find us on Dhillaeyroad in the Ranigunj area. It’s a heavy-duty environment here, with a lot of steel and metal being moved around every single day. We are located in an industrial part of town, so things are usually quite loud and busy with trucks and machinery. We aren't the type of people who wear suits or sit in fancy offices. Most of our time is spent in the shed, making sure the steel is handled correctly and the orders are ready for pickup. Ranigunj is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the dust, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We deal with a lot of different contractors and builders who need specific types of steel for their projects. We don't bother with polished brochures or big sales pitches. We just show the customers what we have and give them a fair price. It’s a lot of physical work, and the days can be long, especially when we have big shipments coming in. We keep our operation straightforward. There are no complicated layers of management here; it’s just us and the workers getting the job done. We’ve been in the Vijaya Complex for a good while and have seen many businesses come and go, but we just keep focusing on our own work.
