Our place is located in Ameerpet, specifically in Nagarjuna Nagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful—6-3-841/1/1—but once you find the lane, it is easy enough to spot us. We focus on EPABX systems, which is just a way of saying we handle office phone setups and intercoms. Ameerpet is a very busy part of Hyderabad, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. We have been operating from here for quite some time. The office is small and usually filled with spare parts, cables, and old handsets that we use for spares. It is not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our day going to different offices to install systems or fix lines that have gone dead. It is practical work that keeps us on our feet. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find us because a friend or another business owner told them we could help. We like it that way. It is just us, a few tools, and a lot of wiring. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because the building's old wiring is a total mess, but we just stick with it until it is done. We aren't trying to be a tech giant, just a reliable local shop that knows how to handle communication lines.
